高职主题式合作学习课堂教学模式的构建与成效

摘    要:构建了高职主题式合作学习的课堂教学模式,并将其在《酒水知识与调酒》课程中进行了实际检验。整个研究以某高职学院旅游系二年级的67位学生为研究对象。通过编制五个不同的教学主题,结果发现,有过半数的学生认为主题式合作学习在他们的学习态度上是有所增益的,有近六成学生认为在学习成就方面也是有影响的。这一教学模式有望能为高职课堂教学改进提供有益参考。

Abstract:We have developed an in class teaching model of thematic based cooperative learning for higher vocational education,and ap-plied it into the course of Wine and Wine Mixing.Sixty seven students from the department of tourism of certain higher vocational college were used as subjects.In the principle of thematic teaching based cooperative learning,five teaching topics were presented to the students for group discussion and collaborative creation.It was found that more than half of the students thought thematic teaching based coopera-tive learning was good for their learning attitude.Moreover,nearly sixty percent of the students believed that this teaching style could influ-ence their learning achievements.It is hoped that the study results can serve as a future reference to improve classroom teaching in higher vocational education.
