| 摘 要： | 将毛发（人发、猪毛、鸭毛梗）经酸水解，用等电点法提取胱氨酸，对其在最佳水解条件下的提取率与损失量研究后发现，等电点提取法存在着不足之处，因损失量太大而没有多大的经济价值，并提出改进的一些设想。

| Abstract: | The cystine is obtained from the acid hydrolyzate of hairs(human hairs,pig hairs,duck hairs)by isoelectric point method.The research on the retrieval rate and lost amount of the best hydrolysis condition,shows that method have many problems and haven't economic value.The method must be improved. |
