| 摘 要： | 目前,我国已将现代教育技术与各学科的整合作为深化教育教学改革的"突破口",现代教育技术不仅为法学教学提供了新的教学方法而且引起法学教学模式的改变。因此,充分利用现代信息技术条件,引进新的教学方法、模式,营造以学生为中心的信息化教学环境,是提高高等法学教育现代化水平的必然选择。文章就现代信息技术环境下如何对教学方法、教学模式进行创新提出了自己的见解,以期对法学教学改革有所贡献。

| Abstract: | Nowadays in our country,we have taken the integration of modern educational technology and subjects as a breaking-through point to deepen the educational reform.Modern educational technology not only offers a new teaching method,but also changes the teaching mode of law.Therefore,we should make the most of modern information technology,introduce new teaching method and mode,construct the student-centered environment of information teaching which are the inevitable choices to promote the modernization level of law education.The author put forward her own idea on how to innovate the teaching methods and models in the environment of modern information technology,so as to make some contribution to the improvement of law teachinging. |
