基于大学生“体育与健康档案”的个性化乒乓球选项教学研究——以南京邮电大学为例

为了加强高校体育教学的针对性、目的性，贯彻“以人为本”、“因材施教”的教学理念，本研究采用实验对比法和数理统计法对普通高校体育乒乓球选项教学进行新的尝试，即基于学生的“体育与健康档案”（以下简称“档案”）设计个性化教学，并对此教学与传统教学从提高学生身体素质、乒乓球水平、运动参与三个方面进行对比分析，研究结果显示基于大学生“档案”的个性化教学在提高学生身体素质、乒乓球水平、运动参与三方面较传统教学方法有一定的优势。

Study on Personalized Table Tennis Independence-option Teaching based on College Students' Physical Education and Health Record——Taking the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as Example

For the sake of enhancing the pertinence and the purpose of table tennis independence - option teaehing, carrying through the teaching thought of ＂taking people as the foremost＂ and ＂teaching students in accordance of their aptitude＂, the table tennis independence - option teaching has been experimented by the method of the method of experiment, comparison and mathematical statistics. Based on the college students ＇ record of physical education and health, the personalized teaching method has been designed. At the same time, three aspects including improving students＇ physical fitness, the level of table tennis, sports participation have been eomparod and analyzed by traditional teaching method. It has been proved that the personalized teaching method is superior to traditional method.
