| 摘 要： | 网络虚拟货币是指在网络虚拟环境中产生，并在网络虚拟环境中作为一般等价物使用的货币。随着网络技术进步与网络经济的飞速发展，网络虚拟货币作为新时代的支付工具，在给人们生活带来方便的同时也带来了一系列的问题。本文分析了网络虚拟货币可能产生的系列风险，在借鉴网络虚拟货币政府规制国际经验的基础上，提出构建网上央行、建立网络虚拟货币百分百准备金制度等政策建议，以完善网络虚拟货币政府规制，防范其风险。
