| 摘 要： | 学校特色建设是学校发展的必由之路。作为学校发展新战略,学校特色建设对我国中小学的可持续发展有着极其重要的意义。采用归纳分析为主的方法对我国中小学学校特色建设的起步、中小学学校特色建设的进展进行了总结、分析,在此基础上对我国中小学学校特色建设中存在的问题进行了梳理,并提出了建设性意见。
