竞技健美操音乐发展趋势及应对措施

本文通过对近年来健美操世锦赛、世界杯赛以及当前我国主要赛事比赛录像的音乐对比分析,结合健美操竞赛规则对音乐要求,对竞技健美操音乐的发展特点进行分析、探究,发现弱化节拍中重音的应用可以使乐曲变得更优美动听;注重用选曲的原汁原味表达音乐主题思想,可以提高动作的艺术魅力.最后指出应对该发展趋势的三点措施：提高运动员音乐素养,注重拍节旋律领悟能力;加大动作与音乐配合训练力度,提高动作与音乐配合一致性：音乐制作要更加合理,突出成套动作技术特点.

Discussion on the Tendency and Countermeasures of Competitive Aerobics Music
