对我国现行体育专业在职研究生教育两种主要办学模式的分析

在我国教育大众化进程中,师资力量不足成为了影响提高教育质量的关键因素之一.体育师资因其专业的特殊性,相比国家的要求还有更大的差距.为缓解这一矛盾,国家推出了教师的在职研究生教育这一新的继续教育形式.＂体育硕士专业学位研究生＂和＂高校教师在职攻读硕士学位＂是当前我国体育专业在职研究生教育的两种主要形式.文章通过文献资料归纳整理,问卷调查,专家访谈等方法,从多方面对这两种形式的办学模式及特点进行分析比较.

Analysis on the Two Main Current School - running Modes for On-job Physical Graduate's Education in China

In the process of popularization of the Chinese education,one of the key factors that will block the improvement of education quality is the shortage of sufficient qualified teachers.Because of the specific characters on physical major,there is a greater gap between the national requirement and the current situation.In order to release this problem,China introduced a fresh on-going educational mode,namely on-job graduate’s education for teachers.＂The master degree on physical education＂ and ＂on-job physical graduate’s education for teachers of university＂ are two main modes of on-job physical graduate’s education in China.Taking the methods of document literature conclusion,questionnaire survey and expert interview,this paper analyzes and compares these two school-running modes in different angles.
