我国西部地域体育发展水平指标体系构建及现状解析

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,通过定量数据统计分析得出结论。研究表明,我国西部地域体育现有综合发展水平表现为3类,通过建立回归方程及地区分类与省市区排名。结合西部各省市区的实际,西部各省市自治区要提高体育发展水平,首先要加大体育经费预算和投入的力度,第二要提高竞技体育发展水平,尤其是优秀运动员人才的储备,第三要加大全民健身场地设施建设以及全面健身活动的组织实施,从而引导体育事业可持续发展,提升竞争力能力与实力。

Research on the System Structure and Present Situation of Development Level of Western China's Regional Sports

The literature,questionnaire and methods of mathematical statistics were used in the paper and the conclusions were obtained through statistical analysis of the quantitative data.The results show that the performance level of the existing Comprehensive Development of the competitiveness of China’s western regional sports belongs to Group 3.In order to obtain the sustainable development of sports and to enhance competitive ability in the western provinces in the future,it should be taken into consideration the regression equation,geographic classification and ranking in the provinces as well as the actual area condition.Meanwhile,the western provinces and autonomous regions must strive to resolve the following issues: firstly,the sports budget and input must be increased;secondly,the level of competitive sports must be raised,especially the reserve of excellent athletes;Thirdly,the fitness facilities construction should be increased and implementation of a comprehensive fitness activities should be well organized.Thus to obtain the sustainable development of sports and to enhance competitive ability in the west.
