运动对海马结构及功能的研究进展

摘    要:近年来的研究表明:运动可改善中风、脊髓损伤、癫痫等中枢神经系统疾病所致的运动和认知损害,一方面可能与运动刺激了海马的神经发生、诱导了海马苔藓纤维发芽、提高了海马的突触可塑性有关,另一方面与运动可能通过抑制海马神经元凋亡、减少脑损伤后的海马氧化应激损害、通过改变海马神经递质、生长因子等表达而发挥了神经保护作用有关。

Abstract:Recent studies demonstrated that exercise ameliorated physical and cognitive impairments of patients suffering from the CNS disorders,including stroke,spinal cord injury and epilepsy.On the one hand,exercise might stimulate neurogenesis in the hippocampus,induce hippocampal mossy fiber sprouting and increase hippocampal synaptic plasticity.On the other hand,exercise might inhibit hippocampal neuronal apoptosis,reduce oxidative stress damage in the hippocampus after brain injury and it might play an important role in neuroprotective effect by changing the expression of the neurotransmitters and growth factors in the hippocampus.
