二乙基氨荒酸钠缓蚀剂的合成研究

摘    要:在碱性条件下,以二乙胺、二硫化碳为原料合成二乙基氨荒酸钠缓蚀剂.分别研究了反应物摩尔比、反应温度、缓蚀剂浓度、介质环境等对缓蚀效果的影响.结果表明:当二乙胺与二硫化碳摩尔比为0.7:1,氢氧化钠浓度30%,反应温度为5℃-10℃,二乙基氨荒酸钠产率为90.98%,用作缓蚀剂浓度为0.04mol·L-1时,在酸性介质中的缓蚀效率最佳,可达到98.28%,腐蚀速率0.0016g/(h·y).该合成二乙基氨荒酸钠缓蚀剂方法简单,得到的缓蚀剂效果好.

Abstract:Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(NaDDTC) was synthesed with diethylamine,carbon disulfide in sodium carbonate solution.And NaDDTC as corrosion inhibitor for N80 steel was studied in hydrochloric acid solution by means of immersion experiments tests.Some effecting factors were studied,for example reaction time,raw molar ratio,inhibitor efficiency of corrosion,corrosion velocity,etc.The results shows that diethylamine: carbon disulfide=0.7∶1,inhibitor efficiency is 98.28%,weight losses velocity is 0.016g/mm2·y.NaDDTC can effectively inhibite corrosion on hydrochloric acid solution for N80.A simple method was developed on NaDDTC as corrosion inhibitor.
