| Abstract: | Based on close relationship between user's psychology when using files and he use of files for work, this paper makes a coucrete analysis of user's psychology according to characteristics of different users such as :academic users, practical users and common users, etc. In the end, the author makes suggestions about how to make perfect use of files in three aspects: ways of services,propaganda of files and arrangement of files based on the analysis of user's psychology. |
