| 摘 要： | 家庭成员的健康、和睦与社会的发展稳定息息相关,家庭体育将逐渐成为人们未来休闲生活的新潮流。而学校体育教育是培养家庭成员体育锻炼意识的基础,笔者就学校体育与家庭体育相互作用,相互影响等诸多关系的探讨,对二者的健康发展和提高人们的生活质量进行有益的探讨。
