大学生的思想问题一直是高校德育工作关注的热点,如何培养有理想、有道德、有化、有纪律的社会主义建设和接班人,是当前我国高等学校所担当的一项重要任务。有效的德育工作应以“三课”为起点,保证大学生“三观”协调发展;以心理咨询与心理辅导为突破口,促进大学生主体性和谐发展;以实践为桥梁,保障学生知、情、意、行四方面协调发展;以榜样为中介,引导学生进行正确的价值取向;以人素质教育为契机,夯实学生的精神世界。

AN INVESTIGATION: CONTEMPORARY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS' POLITICAL VIEWPOINTS, ETHICS AND VALUES

The fact that university students have trouble with ideology has always been a topic of general interest of us educators in the institutions of higher learning. How to cultivate the students into socialist builders and successors with noble ideal, moral principles and strong sense of discipline is an essential task for all the colleges and universities across our land. This article points out that effective moral education should start with "Three Courses" and then, make an assurance of students' coordinated "Three Outlooks". Counseling should be regarded as a breakthrough in order to deepen the development of the students' individuality in a harmonious way. Practice should be regarded as a bridge in order to assure the students of their coordinated development in the scope of knowledge, feelings, ideology and behaviour. Take good examples as a sort of medium so as to direct the students to have the right value orientation. Take the education in humanism as a sort of trouble shooter so as to beautify their inner world.
