阳光体育背景下新疆高校运动会发展模式的研究

文章运用文献资料法、调查法和访谈法等方法,对新疆9所本科院校校运会的现状进行调查,分析校运会存在的主要问题是领导重视程度和重心存在偏离;项目设置不够完善;竞赛办法限制了学生的参与;对校园体育文化氛围建设和宣传力度不足,从而影响了全民健身计划、终身体育以及阳光体育的实施.由此提出了在阳光体育运动背景下,构建新疆高校大学文化体育节的构想、思路及实施措施.

On the Developing Mode of College Sports Meetings in Xinjiang under the Background of the Sunshine Sports

With the methods of literature,investigation and interview,the paper researches into the present situations of sports meetings in 11 undergraduate colleges and universities of Xinjiang.The main problems of school sports meeting include the less attention from leadership;project set is not perfect;the ways of competition limits students’ participation;the atmosphere of campus sports culture construction is not enough;the lack of sports culture propaganda.These problems affect all the people fitness the plan,the lifelong physical culture as well as the sunshine sports implementation.Then,the study proposes that the conception,the mentality and the implementation measures of constructing university culture-sports festival in Xinjiang Universities under the sunshine sports background.
