职业院校默会知识的分类与传播

摘    要:职业院校默会知识可以划分为三类:基于个体技能表现、基于组织惯例及基于学校文化的默会知识。要促进职业院校默会知识的传播,必须建立相应的组织结构,形成组织中各个相关成员之间交流默会知识的机制;重新审视学徒制的地位和作用,提倡和重视学徒制,同时引导个体反复自主训练;致力于营造一种有利于默会知识传播并体现企业文化精神的学校文化。

Abstract:Tacit knowledge in vocational schools can classify into three types: based on exhibition of individual skills,based on organization convention,based on school culture.To promote the diffusion of tacit knowledge in vocational school,the organization structure which contribute to the diffusion of tacit knowledge must be built,and the mechanism for communicating tacit knowledge among organization members must be formed;re-consider the status and function of apprenticeship training,advocate and attach importance to apprenticeship training,and guide individuals to train repeatedly and independently;dedicate to shaping the school culture contribute to the diffusion of tacit knowledge and embody the cultural spirit of enterprises.
