| 摘 要： | 随着各高职院校对就业工作的加强．特别是“订单”式教育、“集装箱”式就业的出现，使高职院校毕业生批量进入各用人企业，就业工作有所起色。但同时也出现了一些新问题，如，毕业生进入企业上岗后随意违约、离岗，甚至集体返校等。这应引起学校就业工作者的重视，进一步加强毕业生岗前就业教育，提高其职业意识。
