| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和理论分析法,运用社会学、体育学和逻辑学理论,对家庭体育的内涵进行研究。在明确了家庭的内涵和外延的基础上,结合现代家庭和家庭生活的实际情况,剖析了众多的家庭体育定义中存在的定义不一和要义不准之处,将家庭体育内涵界定为一人或多人在家庭生活中安排的或自愿以家庭名义参与的,以身体练习为基本手段,以获得运动知识技能、满足兴趣爱好、丰富家庭生活、达到休闲娱乐、实现强身健体和促进家庭稳定为主要目的教育过程和文化活动,并对这一新的释义给予较为详尽的阐述。
