| 摘 要： | 日本的主银行制度充分重视银行及其他金融机构在企业融资的重要作用,从而使其以债权人的身份参与到公司治理结构中,降低乃至化解潜在的金融风险,优化公司治理机制。通过介绍日本的主银行制度,结合我国具体情况,针对不同资产负债类型的公司的金融机构介入治理机制的方式提出了相应的设想和建议。

| Abstract: | The main bank regulations of Japan put great emphases on the important role of banks and other financial organizations in financing among corporations.Therefore,the financial organizations could take part in the corporation governing structure as creditors,to decrease and avoid potential financial risks,to optimize the corporation governing mechanism.By introducing the main bank regulations of Japan and studying the specific conditions of China,the paper presents different ideas and different suggestions on the modes by which the financial organizations of the corporations of different assets-liability types could take part in the corporation governing mechanism. |
