速度滑冰教学优化设计与实验研究

为了进一步提高速度滑冰课教学质量，调动学生的学习兴趣，采用文献资料和调查问卷等方法，从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价方面进行优化设计，对优化教学的指导思想、基本思路以及影响因素进行探讨。通过教学实验对比，优化设计的教学模式在教学效果和学生学习兴趣方面都明显优于传统教学模式。

Optimized Design and Experimental Research of the Speed Skating Teaching

In order to improve the teaching quality of speed skating and raise the learing interests of students,with the methods of literature review and questionnaire,the guiding idea,basic thought and influencing factor of optimizing teaching were discussed and some optimized designs were brought in the aspects of teaching target,content,method and evaluation.The experimental contrast showed that both the integrated teaching effect and study interest of optimized one were evidently better than the traditional one.
