摘    要:针对企业多类型知识竞争的复杂情形,本文借鉴生态学理论分析知识竞争的生态特性,考虑知识共同竞争的相互作用及影响,基于Lotka Volterra生态模型构建了企业知识传播竞争模型,探讨了企业内部知识种群竞争演化过程及自由竞争环境下知识竞争的稳定状态和演化过程.研究发现,知识种群间的相互作用对其传播结果有显著影响,通过分析企业知识传播竞争模型中知识种群构成的系数矩阵,可以预测和分析企业知识种群在自由竞争下的稳定情况、知识种群类型和演化过程.同时,企业可以通过改变知识种群的系数,达到选择和改变目标知识种群的目的,使之成为企业知识接受者所认可的主流知识.在此基础上,为企业选择和改变目标知识种群提出有针对性的建议,对企业知识管理具有指导作用.

Competition Mechanism of Enterprises'Knowledge Transmission Based on Lotka-Volterra Ecological Model
Abstract:In view of the complex situation of enterprise multi-type knowledge competition, it referred to the ecological theory to analyze ecological characteristics of knowledge. Considering the interaction and impact of knowledge competition, it constructed the competition model of enterprise knowledge transmission based on the Lotka-Volterra ecological model, and discussed the evolution process of knowledge competition in an enterprise as well as the stable state and evolution process of knowledge competition in the free competition environment. It finds that the interaction between knowledge populations has a significant impact on knowledge transmission. Through analysis on the coefficient matrix of knowledge population competition model, it can predict and analyze the stable state and evolution process of knowledge populations under free competition. At the same time, by changing the coefficients of knowledge populations, enterprises can achieve the goal of selecting or changing the target knowledge population, making it the mainstream knowledge recognized by the enterprise knowledge recipients. On this basis, it put forward pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to select or change the target knowledge population, which plays an important guiding role in knowledge management of enterprises.
