全国跆拳道锦标赛系列赛男子58公斤级击头技术运用分析

目的分析优秀运动员在比赛中腿法击头技术,为分析当前击头技术动作规律现状、科学优化训练下肢击头技术动作,缩短与对手的差距给予重要启示。方法录像观察法、数理统计法。结果1)横踢、下劈踢、侧踢击头技术在进攻、迎击、反击三种常用战术中占据主导位置。2)进攻战术中横踢的使用率得分率最高,但成功率下劈踢技术最高。3)迎击战术中后旋踢的成功率最高,相对其他技术动作后旋踢的使用率不高。4)反击战术中下劈踢技术依然占据重要位置,使用率、得分率、成功率均在第一和第二名。结论加强在不同战术下运用击头的能力,运用优势腿法的同时加强其他技术使用率,选择得分面积大失分面积小的击头技术站位,使用不同技术动作,不同站位,不同部位的技术进行攻迎反。击头技术需要良好的髋关节灵活性和下肢的柔韧性,在训练中要在合适的时机、距离把控中选择针对性抗阻训练的科学方法。

Application of Head-hitting Technique in Men's 58kg in National Taekwondo Championships

Objective To analyze the head-hitting technique of leg technique of elite athletes in competition,and to provide important enlightenment for analyzing the current situation of head-hitting technique,scientifically optimizing the training of head striking technique of lower limbs,and shortening the gap with opponents.Methods Video observation and mathematical statistics were used.Results 1)The techniques of cross-kick,bottom-kick and side-kick head play a dominant role in three kinds of tactics.2)In the offensive tactics,the cross-kick has the highest scoring rate,but the success rate of the bottom-kick technique is the highest.3)The success rate of spin-kick is the highest in the head-hitting tactics,and the usage rate of spin-kick is not high compared to other technical actions.4)In counterattack tactics,low-cut technology still occupies an important position,utilization rate,scoring rate,success rate are in the first and second place.Conclusion It should strengthen the ability of using the head-hitting in different tactics,use the advantage leg method and strengthen the utilization rate of other techniques,choose the head-hitting position with large scoring area and small losing area,and use different technical movements,different positions and different parts of the technique to defense and offense.The head-hitting technique needs good hip joint flexibility and lower limb flexibility.In the training,the scientific method of targeted resistance training should be selected in the appropriate time and distance control.
