| 摘 要： | 科技型人才聚集效应的产生和提升与人才聚集环境密切相关,经济环境是科技型人才聚集的主要环境之一。本文在论述了科技型人才聚集效应的概念及特征和经济环境构成的基础上,运用关联分析法,探讨经济环境与科技型人才聚集效应的内在联系,旨在研究经济环境对人才聚集效应的影响机理。
