| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校与老牌本科院校相比在成人教育方面既有天时、地利、人和的优势又有办学资源明显不足的劣势；与社会力量办学机构相比既有资源优势又有体制机制不够灵活的缺点。如何扬长避短，直面威胁，抢抓机遇，开创新局面是摆在成教人面前的共同话题。以保山学院为例，提出一些转型思路，以期适应社会转型需要。

| Abstract: | The adult education in newly established local universities enjoys both advantages and disadvantages compared with other long established universities and other social education insti-tutions. It is an important task for adult education institutions to make use of the advantages and avoid the disadvantages to reform and develop a new adult education model. This paper proposes a few suggestions to adult education transformation through a case study of Baoshan U-niversity. |
