沙滩排球训练对运动员膝,踝关节肌群肌力影响的比较研究

摘    要:为探讨沙滩排球训练对运动员膝、踝关节肌群肌力的影响,沙滩排球训练周期前后,对我国12名兼职沙滩女排运动员的膝、踝关节肌群进行了BIODEX肌力测试。结果表明,沙滩训练后,膝关节屈肌群快肌纤维的爆发力,伸肌群快肌纤维的最大力和爆发力,踝关节跖肌群慢、快肌纤维的最大肌力和爆发力增长有显性意义,这是沙滩训练后原地纵跳成绩提高的重的肌力原因。

Abstract:The paper is to probe into the influence of beach volleyball training on the volleyball athletes' jumping ability. l2 female excellent beach volleyball athletes were volunteered to join in the test of isoki- netic concentric strength of knee and ankle joint flexor and extensor by dynamometer-BIODEX with the methods of reading up the documents and measuring statistics in front and behind of annual period of beach volleyball training .The results show that the peak torque,the relative peak torque, the total work and the relative total work decreased with the increasing of speed after beach volleyball training, but average power and the ratio between agonist and antagonist increased with the increasing of speed. Moreover, beach volleyball training has marked effects on explosive force of flexor's fast muscular fibers of knee joint,max- imum muscular strength and explosive force of extensor's fast muscular fibers of knee joint, and maximum muscular strength and explosive force of extensor's fast and slow muscular fibers of ankle joint. These are the most important reasons for the improvement of the height of orignal place jump on the floor.
