影响高师教育实习质量原因初探

高等师范院校一直把教育实习看作是培养师范生教育教学技能与技巧的重要环节,但是,现实的教育实习存在一些亟需解决的问题。这些问题严重阻碍了高师教育实习质量的进一步提高,因此,我们有必要从高等师范院校、实习学校及学生等多方面分析现状,并进行相应的改革,以更好地发挥教育实习对师范生的教育作用,提高教育实习的质量。

The Studies in Influencing Factors of the Quality of Student's Teaching Practice of Normal Colleges and Universities

The student s teaching practice is the important aspect of training the teaching skills of the students.But there are some questions which prevent the improvement of the practicing quality so that we must to resolve them.Now we analyze the reasons from the normal colleges and universities,the students and the schools of teaching practice,and adopt some measures to improving the teaching practice.
