| 摘 要： | 在研究学校体育人才培养的基础上,对新时期社会对所需体育人才提出的要求进行了分析与研究。同时在对 高等体育院校和普通高校体育院系人才培养现状进行分析研究的基础上,对如何培养体育复合型人才提出了一些建 议,其目的在于为全面推行素质教育和培养体育复合型人才提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on researches on the talent-cultivation of school physical education , the essay analyzes and studies physical education talents that are needed in the society of knowledge economy in the new time . In addition, some basic ideas on the cultivation of compound talent of physical education are put forward on the basis of analysis and research on the conditions of talent-cultivating pattern in physical education colleges and physical education departments of common universities . The purpose of this study is to provide references for the all-round promotion of quality-oriented education and the cultivation of compound talents in physical education colleges and departments. |
