| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法 ,调查了职校女生在体育教学中出现的运动性肌肉酸痛的情况。分析了职校女生在体育教学中出现运动性肌肉酸痛的原因 ,并提出了预防和解决的方法 ,对提高职校女生的体育锻炼兴趣和体育锻炼效果有积极的意义。
