| 摘 要： | 根据近些年来在我国引进技术消化吸收的部分企业中出现技术剽窃的现象,建立企业不同主体间有无知识产权保护措施以及消化吸收者和剽窃者间的两个博奕模型,在深入分析的基础上,提出在此区域内知识产权保护的意见与对策。

| Abstract: | In the past few years because technology cribbed has taken place in some enterprises,which work on technological absorption after technological introduction in China.Two games model are established in the paper,one is a relationship two different enterprises which have whether protection of intellectual copyright or not;Another is a relationship between absorber and cribber.Based on these analysis the author brings forward constructive proposals and countermeasures on protection of intellectual property in this field. |
