上海市部分中学体育教师职业倦怠的调查

采用文献资料法，问卷调查法，数理统计法对上海市部分中学体育教师的职业倦怠现状进行了调查研究，分析了各年龄层的体育教师的职业倦怠程度，得出30-40岁这一年龄段的体育教师倦怠的状况比较严重。并根据各年龄层的体育教师的状况，寻找健全其心理、消除职业倦怠的对策。

Investigation on Professional Tiredness of Some Shanghai Middle School PE Teachers

By the methods of documentation, questionnaire and statistics, the author made a survey of the status quo of the professional tiredness of some Shanghai middle school PE teachers. The paper analyzes the professional tiredness degrees of the PE teachers of different ages. The paper concludes that the professional tiredness of the PE teachers aged 30 - 40 is quite serious. And based on the status quo of the PE teachers of different ages, it puts forward some measures on improving the psychological state of the PE teachers and eliminating professional tiredness.
