| 摘 要： | 上海房地产业能否真正为全市的支柱产业,关键在于住宅产业的兴起和发展。住宅能否成为新的经济的增长点,关键是看住房能否成为一个消费的增长点。上海作为一个房改走在全国前列的大都市,住房已成为如今上海市民生活消费中一种特殊的商品,本文拟从实证性的角度对上海城镇住房消费需求进行分析和探讨。

| Abstract: | Whether the real estate of Shanghai will be the economic backbone of Shanghai depends on the development of the housing real estate.Whether the housing real estate will be the new point of economic growth depends on whether the housing real estate will be a point of consumption growth.With Shanghai' reform on the housing prior to most other metropolises in China,the housing has become a special commodity in Shanghai residents' lives.This essay is an empirical analysis and exploration of the consumption demand for housing in the urban and rural areas of Shanghai. |
