摘    要:中学体育分层次目标教学树立以人为本的教育理念,合理分层,分设目标;围绕目标,分层教学;检测目标.及时反馈;强化指导,共同达标。在操作策略上,要让学生有充分享受运动乐趣的时间,利用小组内的集体优势,合理分层。

Abstract:This student-oriented physical teaching pattern is featured with appropriate stratification with respective goals and teaching. The operation of this pattern should enable the students to enjoy the sports and benefit from the group work. Teachers can discuss with students with special attention to the mediocre students and utilize cards and pictures to improve the comprehensive physical quality and sports techniques of the students.
