试论中国体育文化的现代化与西方化

我国体育学界普遍认同中国体育文化的发展是西方化的观点,而实际上,近百年来中国体育文化的发展,无论出发点还是最终目的,都并非如此。其实质是在自身文化基础之上的自觉式现代化。本文从文化研究的角度,对中国体育文化的现代化和中国体育文化的西方化之间的关系进行了分析,论述中国体育的现代化不等于西方化;根据变化的世界文明势力的力量对比,阐明我们所担心的中国体育文化的西方化是不可能的,并对中华民族传统体育的发展提出一点看法。

Modernization and Westernization of Chinese Sport Culture

In China,A widespread identitied viewpoint is that the development of Chinese culture has been westernized.It is really not so in fact,no matter its starting point and its ultimated purpose of the development of Chinese culture in rencent hundred years.Its essence is self-consciousness modernization based on its own culture.This paper analyses the relationship between the modernization and westernization of Chinese sport culture.It concludes that the modernization of Chinese sport is not the westernization of it.Based on strength contrast on the changed world civilization power,it draws a conclusion that it is impossible that Chinese sport has been westernized just as what we have worried about.At last,it puts forward a point of view on Chinese traditional sports.
