创建网络化高等教育自学考试社会助学服务体系的几点思考

本文结合高等教育自学考试的高度开放化特征，以提高高等教育自学考试教育质量为导向，以现代计算机网络为依托，从强化高等教育自学考试管理咨询服务网络化功能；创建高等教育自学考试网上资源服务中心；创建网上远程开放教学辅导中心，促进高等教育自学考试助学网络化整合三个方面，论述了在全国考委指导下创建网络化高等教育自学考试社会助学服务体系的思路。
