| 摘 要： | 大学生心理问题已经成为高校乃至社会普遍关注的问题。辅导员作为大学生最贴近的教育群体有着独特的教育优势。高校要认清辅导员对大学生进行心理辅导的重要意义，按照新时期大学生的心理特点和人才培养目标，积极探索辅导员对大学生进行心理辅导的途径和方法，不断增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性，开创高校思想政治教育工作的新局面。
