| 摘 要： | 随着经济、社会转型驱动下的教育转型时期的到来，以全面提高教育质量为目标的教育发展方式的转变成为当今教育发展的主题。在这一背景下，通过转变教育研究方式，全面提升教育科研工作质量和水平显得格外重要。本文在分析当今教育发展方式发生的重大转变对教育科研提出了更高要求的背景和条件基础之上，以“加强精品课题建设，转变教育研究方式”为抓手．从教育研究方式的转变、精品课题的建设、全省教育科研管理和激励制度的完善三个方面详细阐释了全面提升教育科研工作质量和水平的途径，为教育决策提出了很好的依据。， |
