| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期 ,中国工业经济发展极不平衡 ,更迫于战争所逼 ,有识之士出于爱国 ,再三呼吁东部工厂西迁 ,保护中国民族工业 ,国民政府应时代所需 ,发起了工厂西迁运动 ,动员、协助、鼓励东部工厂西迁。工厂西迁改变了过去中国不合理的工业布局 ,奠定了西部工业的门类和发展框架 ,为西部带来了先进的管理经验和众多的技术人才。它对我们今天开发和建设西部地区具有重要意义

| Abstract: | China's industry developed unbalancedly during the period of the Anti-Japanese War. People of insight, compelled by this war, also out of their own patriotic feeling, appealed for the factories in the east to move to the farwest to protect the national industry. The national government initiated this factory-moving-to-the-west movement, mobilizing, encouraging and assisting the east factories to move west, which managed to change the irrational distribution of old Chinese industry and lay a foundation for the west economic expansion in its categony and structure. It introduced advanced administiative experience and multitudinous technical personnel. It is of momentous significance to develop west China of today. |
