| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计等方法对2004年世界健美操锦赛的6人项目成套动作的难度编排、难度类别、空间转换、队形变化及完成质量等因素进行了分析和论证, 初步得到以下研究结论:(1)我国选手参赛成套动作的编排设计思路、发展方向与国际趋势基本一致;(2)在成套动作完成过程中表现出的动作技术规范性、发力控制、难度动作的质量等方面, 我国选手还有待提高。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study, video analysis and statistics, the paper analyzes the choreography of difficulty, the difficulty category, the space transformation, the variety of movements, the quality of performance, etc. The conclusion is: (1) The choreography of the whole set of movements and the development trend of sports aerobics in China coincide with the world tendency; (2) The technical standardization of movements, strength control and the quality of some difficult movements still need further perfection. |
