教师资源的开发与教师教育体系的构建

摘    要:教师作为教育重要的构成要素,在教育作为一种社会现实,随着社会不断演进的过程中,其自身也应该得以长足发展,这是教育发展,乃至社会发展的重要问题。教师资源的开发应以现代意识和时代精神的外显、职业道德风范结构的完善、全新知识结构的构建、全面能力结构的确立、风度仪表教育作用的开发五个方面着眼,依据自身发展与职业需要相结合、前瞻性与个性化相结合、接受性学习和创新性学习相结合、理论和实践相结合的原则,从职前教育和职后教育两个方面建构地方教师教育体系。

Abstract:Teachers, as an essential factor in education, should be highly developed they themselves during the course of social evolution in which education is taken as a social reality. This is a matter of great importance in the development of education as well as social development. The attention of development of the resource of teachers should be focused on the following five aspects as the display of consciousness and spirit of modem times, the perfection of the structure of professinal ethics, the construction of completely new knowledge structure, the formation of all-round ability structure and the exploitation of the educational effect of bearing and appearance. The local teachers' educational system should be constructed from the two aspects of pre-professinoal education and post-professional education, based on the theories of combining self-development with professional requirement, combining the general character with individuality, combining acceptance study with creative study, and combining theory with practice.
