| 摘 要： | 1986年越南政府实施＂革新开放＂的新政策,大力发展＂出口导向型＂经济战略,积极融入世界经济体系。二十余年来,越南对外贸易发展取得了令人瞩目的成就,实证研究表明：出口贸易是越南实现和保持其国内经济快速增长的重要＂引擎＂。加入WTO后,越南＂革新开放＂迈入了新的发展阶段,努力提升出口贸易层次、优化贸易结构将是促进其国内经济持续、快速、健康发展的重要保障。在WTO框架下,越南出口贸易具有极其广阔的发展前景。
