| 摘 要： | 从多年培养儿童速滑运动员的实践出发,认为速滑运动员的培养是一个系统工程,科学培养适应速滑项目的少年儿童,离不开科学的选材及科学合理、有效的训练方法以及正确的指导思想。提出速滑运动员少儿阶段的培养应分3个周期,并对每个周期的训练指导思想、方法和手段进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Basing on the practice of fostering the junior speed skaters for years,the article thinks that it's a systemic project to scientifically fit them for the speed skating event,which needs the scientific selection of talent and effective training methods and correct guide idea.It suggests that there should be 3 periods in the phase of fostering the junior speed skaters and expatiates the training guide idea and methods in every period. |
