| 摘 要： | 运动损伤在体育运动中极其常见,排球运动作为一项对技能性要求很高的竞技运动项目,在技术上有它特殊的要求,其损伤也有一定的规律性.笔者从人体解剖结构特点和专项负荷特点等角度出发,分析引起排球运动损伤的机制,得出排球专项运动损伤规律,并提出预防排球运动损伤的手段和措施.以期在今后的教学和训练中为促进排球运动技术的提高和预防运动损伤的发生等提供有益的帮助.

| Abstract: | The sports injures is extremely common phenomenon in the physical sports.As an athletic sports,the volleyball game has higher request to the skill,it has special requirement,the sport injure also has the certain regularity.Embarking from the angle of structural characteristics of human anatomy and special load characteristic etc.,the paper analyzed the causes of injury in the volleyball game,obtained the materials about volleyball special game's damage law,put forward the prevention measures in order to promote the technology of volleyball game and provide the beneficial help for preventing the sports injures' occurrence in the teaching and training in the future. |
