河南省退役排球运动员就业及受教育现状调查研究

目的:随着近几年关于退役运动员安置问题的讨论逐渐激烈,以及河南省退役运动员安置现实中存在的种种问题.方法:文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法.结果:从调查河南省退役排球运动员的发展现状入手,在结合现役和相关管理者基本认识与意见后,寻找影响河南省退役排球运动员发展的主客观因素,并提出相应的解决对策.结论:在当前退役运动员就业困难的现条件下,鼓励运动员继续求学,并坚持对运动员的政策性安置,能够较好的缓解当前退役排球运动员的就业压力.

Henan Retired Volleyball Player of Employment and Education Present Situation Investigation and Study

Objective: with the recent years on the resettlement of retired athletes problems gradually heated,and the settlement of retired athletes in Henan Province real problems.Methods: the literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,logical analysis,mathematical statistics.Results: from the investigation in Henan Province retired volleyball player development present situation,in the combination of active duty and related management basic understanding and views,seek to influence the Henan Province retired volleyball player development of objective and subjective factors,and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasure.Conclusion: in the current difficult employment of retired athletes present condition,encourage the players to continue his education,and adhere to the policy of athletes placement,better able to relieve the employment pressure retired volleyball player.
