| 摘 要： | 21世纪初期我国义务教育财政政策在经费投入、投资管理体制和收费政策方面的变革,使教育经费投入总额增长较快,生均教育经费和公用经费增长明显。今后应建立教育公共经费投入的保障机制和分担制度,规范转移支付制度。
