摘    要:老子关于"道"和"德"的含义与关系的论述是大学生自我道德教育的重要资源。进行大学生自我道德教育应以实践为基础,用丰厚的道德内容培养学生具有睿智的道德思维以提高大学生自我道德教育的实效;要运用元认知理论,扩充道德知识以培养道德自律能力,强化道德体验以升华高尚道德情感,加强道德监控以铸就成熟的自我道德教育能力。

Abstract:The original meaning of Laozi's "Dao"(the way) and "De"(the virtue) and their relationships are rich resources in conducting moral self-education by college students.Rich contents based on practice should be used to train the students' moral reasoning for the purpose of enhancing the effects of their moral self-education.Meta-cognition should be applied to extend their moral knowledge,reinforce their moral experience and cultivate the moral monitoring ability in order to foster the abilities of moral self-discipline,to cultivate noble sentiments and mature moral self-education abilities.
