摘    要:高校教师是高校图书馆的重要读者。随着社会信息化和高校现代化发展,高校教师承担的任务也有了新变,高校教师的知识结构与能力结构正遭遇着巨大的挑战。他们对信息的需求愿望正在潜滋暗长,其阅读心理呈复杂变化趋势,高校图书馆应积极探析读者这一心理变化,加强自身建设,适应高校教师的教学科研需要,成功配合高校的整体改革与转型。

Pay Attention to the Reading Mentality of the Universities Teachers

Abstract:The main readers are teachers in universities' department reference room. With the development of society information and universities modernization, the knowledge authority is a challenge to teachers whose role changes and whose hope of needing the information increases. So teachers' reading mentality shows the trend of complex change, the missionary in the department reference room need to explore and analysis readers mentality actively, strength self - building and adapt to the need of teaching and scientific research.
