| 摘 要： | 专业化生存已经成为大学教师职业生活的主要特征.学术环境专业化已经成为大学教师职业压力的根源,对大学教师的职业生活造成割裂,成为损害大学整体教育生活的一种因素,甚至演变为一种对其职业责任的履行产生某种潜在威胁的因素.
