| 摘 要： | 通过对参加中国篮球甲级(A组男、女)联赛(俗称甲A联赛)裁判员的现状调查,运用统计分析法、文献与资料分析法、座谈交流等方式,对裁判员的管理办法、年龄结构、职业分布以及影响裁判员完成任务的因素等方面进行了详细的分析,探讨篮球裁判员的科学管理和培养方法,特别是培养高水平篮球裁判员的途径,为中国篮球职业联赛逐步实现职业裁判员机制探讨可行性之路.

| Abstract: | Through investigating the current situation of the referees who participating in the basketball A league matches,by using the method of statistics,documentary and interview,this paper analyzes the referee of its' management,age structure,profession distributing and factors of influencing the missions,discusses the approach of scientific management and training method of basketball referee,especially of high-level basketball referee.This research offers a doable approach for the professional of referees in China basketball matches. |
