我国研究型大学学术提升的三大挑战

摘    要:只有实现学术水平的实质性提升,我国的重点大学才可能实现向研究型大学的真正转型。变革人才培养模式,提升创新人才培养能力;实质性推进综合化,提升办学境界和学术研究水平;推动学术共同体的发展,提升学术可持续发展实力,是现阶段我国研究型大学提升学术实力必须重视的三个方面。

Abstract:Only with the substantial improvement in academic achievements can those Chinese Key Universities be built into research orientation universities and in this course at least three challenges will be confronted by these universities.The first is how to change the ways of training creative talents and then how to complete their trasformation from the multi-disciplined to the comprehensive university. Finally it is how to create and construct the academic community and raise their .level of academic.
