摘    要:教育惩戒是学校和教师对违规学生施加的旨在矫正其过失、警示他人的重要的教育方式。然而现实的教育活动中教师的惩戒却易于产生偏差,滥用惩戒或轻易放弃惩戒的现象十分严重。由于教育惩戒对教育者的教育素养要求极高,因此,对待教育惩戒必须反复斟酌、审慎使用。为此,学校和教师在使用教育惩戒的时候,应当在可不可以惩戒、该不该惩戒、值不值得惩戒和会不会惩戒等惩戒的核心问题上深刻、细致地考量惩戒的价值。

Abstract:Educational discipline is a significant educational mode that schools and teachers apply to correct some student's misbehavior and bad /manners and give warning to other students.However,in realistic education activities,teachers'discipline is quite easy to produce deviation,and the phenomena of abusing and abandoning discipline are very serious.Due to the high demand for educators' education literacy,they have to repeat considering and enforce prudently educational discipline.Therefore,before carrying it out,schools and teachers need to consider carefully the value of discipline,bearing in mind such questions as "can we discipline?should we discipline and is it well worth discipline?
